Farm Relief provide labour solutions to agri, construction, business & public sectors in a range of roles since 1982. Due to business growth, we are seeking to expand our team with ambitious people looking to accelerate their career and grow with the company.
As this is a 360 role, you will be selling labour services to your target market with a focus on building long term relationships with our clients solving their manpower needs through consultation, managing the full recruitment cycle including establishment of talent pools.
Required Experience
- A strong track record in business/project management.
- Sourcing leads and selling solutions
- Cold calling & business development
- Negotiating contracts, offers and placements
- Sourcing Candidates, interviewing and marketing skill sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
